"We're very proud and excited to bring our Tenth Anniversary SuperMeet celebration in 2011 to a close in Boston, home to key players in our industry such as Avid and Autodesk, Boris FX, EditShare, GenArts, Noise Industries and others," states Daniel Bérubé, SuperMeet co-producer and founder of BOSFCPUG. "Think of the Boston SuperMeet as the creative networking gala for Boston area and New England filmmakers to come together to share in conversation about where the industry is headed. We don't care what tools you use to share your stories, our focus is to inspire and empower digital content creators to action."
What better way to spend a Thursday night than with Walter Murch and 500 of your peers? Mingle, enjoy a few cocktails, exchange business cards and network with us at the Boston SuperMeet on Thursday, October 27th. Party and win prizes!
This will be the
FIRST public appearance by
Walter Murch since the launch of Final Cut Pro X. We look forward not only to hearing Walter's thoughts on Final Cut Pro X but more importantly we are truly excited to offer SuperMeet attendees a rare chance to listen to and learn more from Walter on the craft of editing itself. To learn more about Walter Murch, see News Item #2.
NOTE: Listen to Daniel Bérubé and Michael Horton of LAFCPUG discuss the Boston SuperMeet and where FCPX is headed in an
interview by Chuck Joiner of MacVoices.
